The Real Estate Licensing Roadmap
The Real Estate profession falls within a highly regulated industry. As such, there are standardized examinations that all applicants must complete with a minimum grade of 75%. there are the three components to becoming and remaining a Real Estate Agent in Ontario.
The full time program at OREA can take up to 18 months and many must wait a time for space to be available and the cycle to repeat itself.
Real Estate Tutoring can help you get your real estate license in ONLY 4 MONTHS!
OREA Pre Registration Courses
Anyone who wants to start the real estate courses should have a Canadian high school diploma or could write the admission test (Entrance Exam). We help our students pass this entrance exam FREE of charge if they register with us for Course 1. They need to get at least 50% mark and we rarely have someone failing this exam, after using our help. After this they are admitted to the college and became students;
The segment before licensing is called Pre-Registration and students should pass three courses
